I lost some weight in the week but I added it back on Saturday.
I'm going to up my calories to 1800 1530 and working out not enough

To get below 200 pounds you aren't leaving room to cut cals of you keep pushing along at 1500-1800 cal ranges.I had a free session with a personal trainer he told me that I'm not eating enough and I'm not eating frequently enough he said I should be eating 6 small meals and should be taking in 2000, to 2500 calories
I'm basically starving myself and my body fat percentage 32 eww and he talking bout for 250$ a month I could build 10 lbs of muscle in 4 months but I had a cool workout he taught me how to squat in 30 seconds and I sweated in 12 min more than I sweated ever
