I have one workout during the week where I concentrate on bi's.

Plus it's genetic. I naturally have big shoulders and arms but my calves are shyt.

hows your core game like? if u work on your ab game you'll be good this summer.

I don't work on my core individually. I just try to have the best form possible when doing certain stations and IMO that naturally works the core. I've never been big into ab workouts. Maybe more cardio can shred me a little more.

man being in the 230"s probably don't seem like much to yall but I haven't been there since I was 15 im 26 now it feels dam good brehs I cant wait until I hit the 220's that's something I couldn't dream of man fitness is great I couldn't do it with out my coli brehs I know I get emotional sometime but this is just a crazy experience yall I think by me getting my heart and soul right with jesus helped me get my mind and body right because u cant have 1 without the other whatever religion u believe in it all come hand in hand going to stop smoking on mothers day a present im going to give my mom who not here anymore this been a great ride and thank all yall for your support im never going to quit

:scust:I had a free session with a personal trainer he told me that I'm not eating enough and I'm not eating frequently enough he said I should be eating 6 small meals and should be taking in 2000, to 2500 calories
I'm basically starving myself and my body fat percentage 32 eww and he talking bout for 250$ a month I could build 10 lbs of muscle in 4 months but I had a cool workout he taught me how to squat in 30 seconds and I sweated in 12 min more than I sweated ever

We keep trying to tell you. To get below 200 pounds you aren't leaving room to cut cals of you keep pushing along at 1500-1800 cal ranges.

yeap yall was right its impossable to build muscle my body going into starvation mode what u think about 250$ month for a personal trainer and whats that half ball call
