I went to "The Cheesecake Factory" on Saturday to treat my wife to an early Mother's Day treat. I ate a chicken salad sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was huge. Turns out, the sandwich is 1200 calories.

I pretty much ruined my calorie intake for that day.

more like yearMan turning the cardio has turned up the fat loss but man it is chewing into my gains. For a while the shyt was a breeze but now it feels like cutting again.... the hunger pangs, strength losses etc etc. Im biking about 25-30 miles a week now.
15-20lbs to go....its gonna be a long summer

June is almost here. It's like I almost didn't lose anything.
In the same situation...added biking to my routine (outside).Man turning the cardio has turned up the fat loss but man it is chewing into my gains.
