I went to "The Cheesecake Factory" on Saturday to treat my wife to an early Mother's Day treat. I ate a chicken salad sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was huge. Turns out, the sandwich is 1200 calories. :dahell:
I pretty much ruined my calorie intake for that day.

It's one day, wouldn't worry to much. Likely more sodium than anything. Gotta enjoy life.

Yeah.

Side story, after lunch, I go outside with one of my children and wait for my wife who's using the restroom. I had on a t-shirt that kind of displays my triceps and biceps. :manny:
Anyway, they have outdoor tables and I look over at one point, and this white 'ho was checking me out... and she was sitting with her boyfriend. Ha ha. The first thing I thought of was white cuckold treating his girlfriend out to lunch.

As of today, I'm up to 170lbs @ 5'9.

I was at 18% last time I was checked, and that was at 165lbs.

My chest and legs finally came in with some muscle gains this year, and really quickly these last couple months after hitting them hard.

Going to try and get back to 160lbs and thin out to strut around shirtless for the summer, since I've never done it before.:laugh:

Man turning the cardio has turned up the fat loss but man it is chewing into my gains. For a while the shyt was a breeze but now it feels like cutting again.... the hunger pangs, strength losses etc etc. Im biking about 25-30 miles a week now.
15-20lbs to go....its gonna be a long summer :mjcry:

In the same situation...added biking to my routine (outside).
But im starting to wake up hungry, & go to sleep hungry.

Only have about 11lbs (I think) to go though.

Plus my grown ass is starting swimming lessons in a few weeks :lolbron:
Im sure thats going to make this weight fly off.
