I have stalled the fukk out brehs. Been holding at like 204 the past 2 weeks. Havent been motivated to get back on my cardio shyt since I moved into this new house. Next week is gonna be sunny all week starting Saturday... gotta get back on my shyt. I was supposed to be under 200 by now
Im debating. Another board Im on has a cutting competition... pic submissions due 6/1. Im nowhere near winning material but its motivation for a big start of summer push. Weather is gonna get nicer next week too so I would love to be out on the bike then. Feeling good in the gym too. Just gonna push through it.
