im 6'2 around probably 175 after this flu, need to get my arms like that by the time i hit 200. my shyts just dont grow, my worst bodypart. how many times a week you train em? and you do bis with back and tris with chest or separate days?

I'm eating a lot of oatmeal every day now. It sucks but it works for cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight management. My weight fluctuations are much smaller too.
i might just start doinig cardio and say forget the weights my weight not dropping like i want
