im 6'2 around probably 175 after this flu, need to get my arms like that by the time i hit 200. my shyts just dont grow, my worst bodypart. how many times a week you train em? and you do bis with back and tris with chest or separate days?

I normally go through the week with 3 different routines. 7 stations, 3x 8-10 super setting it. 4 stations then 3.

I do the push and pull thing. Some days I work shoulders more than back and vice versa. I put two leg exercises in every workout.

I have one workout during the week where I concentrate on bi's.

Plus it's genetic. I naturally have big shoulders and arms but my calves are shyt.

Had a set back last weekend due to a trip to Atlanta but I got back on track Tuesday. Was 195.4 after work out today.

My metabolism is on 10 right now. I've eaten 8 times today. 3 protein shakes, 1 serving of Greek yogurt, 1 chk breast and broccoli, 1 serving of steel cut Oatmeal w/ protein, pack of tuna, and the two grill chk breasts with carrots and broccoli.

God help me :mjcry:

Out of town so I didn't bring my scale. I was 191.8 yesterday. I'll update next Sunday.

4-20-2015 weigh in: 179.8 lbs.

I'm eating a lot of oatmeal every day now. It sucks but it works for cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight management. My weight fluctuations are much smaller too.
4-26-2015 weigh in: 179.8 lbs.

I lost some weight in the week but I added it back on Saturday. :snoop:
