Man yall gotta stay away from them snacks brehs. Only things I buy at the grocery stores these days are chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, butter and veggies. U cant eat a cheesecake u dont buy :yadontsay:

I get a sweet tooth every now and then but even with that shyts to the point where I gotta water down juice. I cant even do super sweet shyt like Pop Tarts or Skittles anymore. Maybe its just how some people change when they age. My palette has got far far away from super sweets

Had a couple regulars at my gym notice my slight weight loss. Felt good. Not that I'm overweight whatsoever but having a goal in mind and working hard to accomplish it is gratifying.
Yea thats the shyt

Clothes being loose as hell is another thing, I need belts now for pants that used to be tight

Up to 178.5, 2 pounds from last week, and half pound from the week before. :leon: wasnt too confident i was gonna gain this week cuz i started doing some cardio, swam 3 days this week. its been in the mid 80s this week, clear and sunny, good swimming weather :blessed:

Today was back day but woke up this morning with phlem that was thicker than normal, knew right off the bat i was gonna be sick :to:

didnt lift but swam around 12-1, felt good, by 3-4 my eyes started hurting when looking around, and was blowing my nose every minute. Right now no runny nose, little

bit of congestion but my eyes still hurt and I feel a bit week. Praying that its not the flu, cuz these are the normal onset symptoms when ive gotten it in the past.

two people in the house were sick earlier this week but i kept up on zinc and vitamin d and it usually keeps it away... not this time :shaq2: it might be gone by morning

though, hopefully :sadcam:


kept up on food though, as much as I could eat. Got 3 big meals in and a protein shake, so that should be good

I go on vacation and turned into Jabba the Hut. I did go out jogging twice though.

4-12-2015 weigh in: 184.6 lbs.
4-20-2015 weigh in: 179.8 lbs.

I'm eating a lot of oatmeal every day now. It sucks but it works for cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight management. My weight fluctuations are much smaller too.

slept maybe 2 hours last night, broken up in increments, was miserable tossing and turning all night. Feels like a minor flu, taking this week off from lifting. probably eating around maintanence right now, definitely not as much as I was, and cut out starch, only consuming meats, and lots of vegetables, fruits, and water right now

Have to go on this thing called the GAPS diet since my stomach has been real weird the past week.
Basically, no dairy or starches (gluten, wheat, corn, etc…) for awhile.
shyt is going to be rough
