google "hot n fit EC Stack" I did the dosage they have for Bronkaid. I stopped because I would forget to eat enough Potassium and have Heart Palpitations, and EC can increase anxiety, I was searching for my home during the time so after the appetite suppression wore off (after about a month), I would eat like hell due to heightened anxiety/stress. It's legit though, it just wasn't the best time for me to take it. If you do take it just drink a ton of water and eat 2-3 bananas a day and you will be good. I also took Hawthorne Berry with it because EC can cause increased blood pressure, so the Hawthorne berry offsets it. Due to the sides, I would recommend taking EC at the end of your cut, because I dont have time for all that stuff for 12-20 weeks.

Man i`m hitting up 2 buffets and a food festival when i Go to New Orleans this week, I`m about to be ALL F*CKED UP. If I come back at 265 bloated I won't be too mad, but pretty much will be 2-3 weeks behind, but I`m not gonna not enjoy my vacation.

It's the best legal fat burner, but at the end of the day you have to wonder with all these sides, is it even worth it? Most chicks dont want some super shredded fitness model, unless you're into teeny bopper white girls. I think an issue is we spend so much time looking at fitness channels and stuff, we think that the roided look is normal, at the end of the day if you are under 20% BF, decent muscle mass, and just work out consistently you will be fine. We all have personal goals but sometimes we have to be real and get out of fantasy land as it skews our perceptions. For example I think I`m :flabbynsick:, but folks in the gym talk to me like I`m a big dog (besides the obvious juice heads), and chicks/folks at work think I`m swole. In my mind I think I need to lose 30-40 lbs when in all actuality I`d probably be straight just losing 10-15.

I mean on one hand I feel u, but on the other hand I would say most dudes who make it far in the game do it for dolo. I dont think I will ever be a million follower IG gawd but I think I can meet my own personal ideals. Its really all about the journey. U right tho, brehs shouldn't get discouraged or try and measure themselves up to fitness celebrities who are living the shyt 24/7 and low key probably cheating too...........................................

I`m not trying to get super shredded, but one day I would be interested in getting into fitness in regard to opening a gym or something, so I do want my physique to be aesthetically appealing.

Yea like notice these youtube cats are pretty much doing eternal bulking and cutting cycles lol. You cant enjoy the fruits of life dieting forever. I think 1 cut then a yr bulk and 1 last cut is all you need, after that the goal should be maintain/slow body recomposition.

Man I did a yr bulk and Im regretting it now. I put on too much fat. I tried "lean bulking" too. I think the bulk/cut merry go round is OK. Helps u keep fat in check and make strength gains. Eventually u will hit a wall, but it will def take more than a year of bulking to fully hit potential IMO. Prob like 3-4 years I would say if u know what they hell ur doing. Thats if the goal is to see how far u can go, which it is for me. I want to be in that bench/squat/dead 2/2.5/3x BW for reps club with a 30" waist. Will take hella time but it's def doable

My weekday diet these days is pretty much chicken and rice, mashed sweet potato, 120g shake. shyt is so dialed in. Looking forward to bulking again though. 700-800 more calories? :gladbron: Doing everything from grilled fish to brownies and milk :takedat: :ahh: :noah: :whew: In the meantime tho I wanna get Speedo ready for the summer. Get on my Euro bullshyt :russ:
