Literally fighting back a couple tears brehs. Well not literally. But IM IN MY FEELINGS Been working so hard. Can't stop now.

Down to 222 now though. Forgot...what weight I started at lol. But I posted it in here.

I was blessed with good genetics fortunately. I wanna get down to about 200-205. Im 6'0 so I feel like that would be a nice healthy weight to maintain for summer.

Fall I wanna just absolutely slap muscle on though lol.

Aint no way to slap muscle on without getting fat. Id go down to 190-195 and bulk SLOW to 200

I can do it with a good clean bulk. I'm talking about 6 months from now though. Some fat is to be expected, but I'm not gonna just shove everything into my mouth

I don't think 190 is realistic for my frame and body type though bro. I'm supposed to be a big boy. My shoulders and general frame are really wide. Even in HS when I was constantly active and playing footbal, senior year I was 210. If I get down to 200-205 im going to be fairly shredded especially since I have muscle now that I didn't them. I haven't been 190 since middle school lol.

yea bruh peep my edit. i can already get my shyt to 194 range according to the HRM on the running machine (not sure how accurate those are)

I dont think i can fukk with this. Maybe during maintenance in the tail end of the summer.

This is exactly what I'm planning to do. I should be down another 10 or so by Memorial Day and hopefully beginning to look crisp. But if shyt starts to freeze up I am prob gonna jump on that EC wave. Just do one dose in the morning.

shyts moving now though. Pretty much hittin 1lb a week since the end of January. Only thing falling off real bad is my bench cause I have a bird chest

My eating window has been 5-8hrs each day…and the eating is pretty clean.
