I think im gonna try HIIT and EC stack. im reading if i do HIIT inbetween the 4 hour window of EC that ill be good. I just cant do hiit while EC is still active in me. :lupe:

yea bruh peep my edit. i can already get my shyt to 194 range according to the HRM on the running machine (not sure how accurate those are)

I dont think i can fukk with this. Maybe during maintenance in the tail end of the summer.

If you do EC just stick to 30-40 min low to moderate intensity cardio

new PR again, row'd 195 for 9 today, 8 days later :wow: rows put my bench to shame
last set of barbell rows got 205 for 6 today :whew:

i dont have a rack at home so i deadlift it from the ground, then move into the rows.

finished off with 6 sets a pullups, 3 sets t-bar rows, 3 dropsets rear delt flyes and couple sets of bicep curls,

then cooked up 8 egg whites and put together 2 pb & j sandwiches for post workout :ohlawd:

Literally fighting back a couple tears brehs. Well not literally. But IM IN MY FEELINGS Been working so hard. Can't stop now.

Down to 222 now though. Forgot...what weight I started at lol. But I posted it in here.
