Lol your heart gonna explode srsI think im gonna try HIIT and EC stack. im reading if i do HIIT inbetween the 4 hour window of EC that ill be good. I just cant do hiit while EC is still active in me.

If you do EC just stick to 30-40 min low to moderate intensity cardioyea bruh peep my edit. i can already get my shyt to 194 range according to the HRM on the running machine (not sure how accurate those are)
I dont think i can fukk with this. Maybe during maintenance in the tail end of the summer.

last set of barbell rows got 205 for 6 todaynew PR again, row'd 195 for 9 today, 8 days later rows put my bench to shame
