U still gonna lift regular? I heard its not good to change your routine at all in a cut.4 super sets consisting of 2 sets of light weight/plyometrics. 30-45 secs rest in between super sets, no rest in between sets.

In my opinion the two main objectives in a cut are to lose fat and retain muscle. If you built your muscles by heavy slow lifting, that's probably the best way to keep them. Maybe you can drop some volume, like 2 sets instead of 3 or 4, but the reps, weights and rest times shouldn't change as that's the stimulus the muscles are built around and used to.how come?
I mean ill still be doing stuff like bench squats etc, but it will be faster paced and lighter weight. with an exercise following immediately afterwards.
Not slow steady and heavy like when I was lifting to get bigger.
