Sometimes I think it's too good to be true, but it is.

I'd actually be okay with a Hybrid schedule where I'm in the office 2-3 days a week, but even then theres no reason to be there for 8-9 hours like the old days. If there are essential meetings where they need us in person, we can knock those out in the AM and be back home at the desk with lunch before the schoolbuses are back on the road.

It’s highly unlikely my agency returns back to full time in office. The union has done a great job to let it be known.
Hopefully in the next 1yr or so I’ll be in a 100% remote position anyway
But WFH is still happening. Hell, some offices been,vacant for so long, they converting it to housing.

My company actually sold off a couple of our offices after seeing that productivity didn't drop off during Covid. They've leaned all-in on being as remote as possible now.It’s highly unlikely my agency returns back to full time in office. The union has done a great job to let it be known.

I just got my yearly review and was shocked to good such a good review for as much as I've slacked the last 2-3 years on this job.
