You’re right about that and I usually do, some days that get busy I do neither.

Brings up another point, WFH has made the lunch hour way harder to regularly keep. When I worked in an office, I’d routinely be gone midday for 60-90 minutes. Go get lunch, would hit the gym quickly, nobody was strict on time, because you’d always come back to the office.

Now everyone just has calendars and puts meetings on yours whenever. You need to specifically block off that time and unplug now
