Sometimes I think it's too good to be true, but it is.
It is.
I recently got a 33% raise and promotion!
WFH FTW!

as long as we meet standards within a work year, we have time off at our discretion. now, ngl i have a way to go before i meet the standard for this year so it's gonna be some long days. but even then, i estimate i have another months worth of pto to clock this year
i think that's what they call.... work life balance
Mexicanafter a herculean effort of working everyday through the summer and autumn, i have now met my duties for the year in time for a 2 weeks vacation! get ready for mass shytposting

That's even dumber IMO. Without that requirement people could actually move away and work from anywhere meanwhile once a week is just a waste of time.My mom's job just had a showdown between the top brass. Half of them wanted everyone back in the office full time, and the other half felt like there was no need to rock the boat. They compromised and now they have to go into the office once a week.
