I have years of martial arts experience myself, but I ain't gonna go on the internet bragging about my rank or proficiency. Real martial artists don't do that.

But I gotta be selfish: I'm a newly wed with a kid on the way. My mom is disabled and I spend a lot of time / money taking care of her. I admit it is heelish behavior, but I place myself ahead of the needs of strangers due to my family. I can't and won't risk my life to help a stranger when I have family at home who would struggle without me.

It is a difficult decision, and not one I would make so nonchalantly in real life....but I stand by my previous statement
