Oh yeah, this state is definitely moronic but the people I interact with on a day-to-day basis are liberal and progressive because Louisville is democrat majority. You get outside Louisville and its pure hick conservative retardation. I'm not sure what legislation he is referring to though, the only legislation I've heard about in the past week is hemp legalization.
