If a man and women try to have a kid for 3 years and nothing happens, does that mean that they are incapable of conceiving?

None of what you just wrote has anything to do with anything so I'll try to make this simple.

Your initial argument was that marriage 5000 years ago was for the purpose of producing children and since two same sex people can't do that on their own, they should not be able to marry.

I then make the comparison to a person that is unable to bear children (yes, they exist and there are simple tests to find out ) and point out the absurdity of disallowing a person like this to marry (OR a person that can have kids and simply chooses not to.)

Its a very straightforward and sound comparison designed to encourage you to consider the ridiculousness of your arguments by replacing those icky, logic-inhibiting gay people with some "normals" in the same boat with regards to child bearing.

Instead you respond saying you don't understand the comparison and you don't understand the existence of people that can't have children...then top it all off with a bit of the charming anti-intellectualism that one might find at Tea Party rallies across the country.

So yeah. Insert Seinfeld gift.

You do have options though. You can show how marriage facilitates reproduction where without marriage it would be impossible. Or you can find a new argument.

I see how you ignored where I stated where that it mostly benefits the woman and child....And of course reproduction doesn't need marriage to occur, but it is human nature to self preserve and being human beings with a higher consciousness, social constructs are used to ensure our survival as a whole......................This is common sense, which a lot of yall lack....

We can fukk and make babies with no strings attached and the so called black community is a prime example of that...

Now just imagine the condition America would be in if the black community represented 80% of the population......

Human survival is nature\instinct in its rawest form and should not be compared to that of the wild\jungle because we're 2 totally different species.

You weren't debating points I made about gay marriage, you were just berating me on how it's impossible for me to understand an emotional response to a comparison between gay rights and black rights because of the color of my skin. Everything I said was a direct response to that particular post. You got offended obviously, but 99% of the people who don't get why people are bothered by that don't connect to that experience. The sentiment in your post needed to be addressed. So I did. To answer your question. I don't agree with alpo, or Vescey and I've had many arguments with Vescey on a lot of shyt....apparently I'm a "white boy" "sell out", "c00n" and other things. You know I'm not with all that shyt they're on, you didn't even have to ask. There was no need for me to critique them, everyone else already had. But if you want my truly honest opinion, you made the best argument so far in mentioning that marriage is a fundamental right under the US Constitution.
