To me, PH and SC are on the same level. Admittedly, that's after cutting down PH to like 14 songs 
And we can't forget about all the mixtape work. The Bigger Picture is probably the best Camron song of all time, right in the middle of that era.
And Ghost leans on his personality a lot too (AS HE SHOULD :udgoraw: )..... you mean to tell me his verse on Gihad is a classic just off the bars?
It's all irrelevant though. In 2017, Cam'ron is washed. He feeds off the energy of NY and the people he surrounds himself with, and both are trash right now

Cam’s was decent but Ma$e’s was great
Cam needed a better beat than that typical dipset sounding shyt. i expected a better flow too. like the old Cam. Cam is fully capable of matching Ma$e’s shyt and he didn’t.
