I didn't realize how many nerds was on here until the Tetsuo thread. That's the only reason Tetsuo got that many votes. Very impressive in numbers you guys are on here
And you know to yourself Kendrick is WAY more popular and has WAY more fans. Don't live in this warped Coli world, Golden. He's a MUCH bigger rap star, SELLS MUCH more albums, is a better rapper and has way more fans. Ya'll gonna be aight tho. Don't worry bout it.

Lupe has stans that project their stannery online ONLY. The hip hop community outside of the internet realm would never place him amongst the greats now. He's not in the conversation with this generations top hip hop artists. In no way. He's not Kendrick. He's not Cole. And he's not Drake. Ya'll want him to be there with those guys so badly but it's just not reality. Outside of the internet Tetsuo had VERY little impact. Almost none. I'm sorry to break it to ya'll. It was an ok album that got a million reply thread with most of the posts being from the same 5 or 6 dudes that pop up in every Kendrick thread trying to bring Lupe up.
Lupe is hated more than kendrick on all platforms except the actual lupe fiasco forum, so that excuse is weak.
Lupe is just the better lyricist, no matter how painful it is for kendrick stans to admit it.
Kendrick is the bigger star, but that has nothing to do with the quality of lyricism. He doent need to be up there with jcole, kendrick, drake and them. Any real hip hop head would admit lupe could rap circles around all them nikkas.
Lupe never really got his props, even when he first came out, so he aint gon get em now.
Lupe is gonna be one of those artists where no one is gonna wanna admit his greatness until he's dead. Its fukked up but thats how its gonna be at this point.

They are both about equal but I'm liking the theme of kendricks album more, it's more enjoyable to listen straight through.

If you know the situation with his label, this album was held back for 2 years with little to no promo outside of his Twitter and the album was undershipped
