Harper was red hot right after Bray won the WWE Title at Elimination Chamber and turn against Bray Wyatt. He was in a match with AJ Styles to see who would face Wyatt at WM. The match was BS because Harper basically won a Battle Royal the week before when they both went over at the same time and botched it, and Harper clearly touched last.
Long story short. Orton got the shot at WM and next thing you know Harper lost all his momentum and we saw bugs and worms projected on the ring at WM.
Yeah hes a winner..its just there is a new boldness developing.

Guys like Harper are a reason to add championships to TV
I know it's a
idea, but adding some type of championship opens the door to fukkery, story lines, etc.
We get 8 man tag matches for no reason at all
We get 20 minute opening segments from the McAuthority
if there was a Hardcore title you can put in: Harper, Rowan, Braun, Lars, Mojo, No Way Jose, Ascension, Jinder, Sanity etc. etc. into that division and just have running fukkery or at least somewhat meaningful "filler" matches
If you have a TV title you can make it about "wrestling" and have: Ali, Apollo Crews, Zayn, Breeze, Shelton, Aiden English, Gable, Bo Dallas etc.
This would at least give guys a chance to showcase themselves in somewhat a meaningful manner and then with more exposure, you see who can get over, who can work a crowd, which guys can put on a great match, and who to shelf

. shyt was like a MAME game with Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat
They gave it the reverse treatment of the main event of WM..the match that needed a triple threat didnt get it.

That's what the IC/US are suppose to be. They just cannot book those belt runs properly anymore and they don't need anymore titles either, too many as it is.
