One thing I noticed her mom said "She's a bytch(no Missy)." Is the happy go lucky attitude a front or is Marissa crazy? Maybe thats why she went to the millitary. To get away from Moms. My uncle did the same to get away from my grandma once my mom left the house.

I definitely think that happy go lucky attitude was developed as a defense mechanism cuz of her mom. It all makes sense now.
Honestly all of her kids seemed crazy.

It's wild to me how much Marissa and her mom matches the dynamic of my baby's momma and her mother. My BM's mother had that same type of harsh personality. Her mother would not hesitate to call her daughter a bytch and they are always at each other's necks. My BM has that same happy go lucky personality. One of the friendliest most bubbly people you'd meet. But then behind closed doors the other side of her would come out.
I hate to admit it but the beginning parts are kinda cheesy and a lil forced. Kinda devalues what it means to ‘love’ somebody they just rush into it….but the shyt be working out long term! 
Also hate to admit but I’m a lil jaded, we all been there thru the honeymoon phases when it’s all roses but I look forward to when they step into the real world and I want to see how they handle adversity/disgreements
