stupid post...

clear copyrite infringement whether you agree with the case or not under the eyes of the law he used his music without permission, he will have to settle or he will lose in court...

i feel no sympathy, if you use someones music and dont even pay them the respect of crediting their work its blatant disrespect and you get everything that comes to you

he was credited, it looks like the og link has no credits but i dont believe that merits a lawsuit

the mixtape generated no direct income, dude built his buzz the old school way. i do not like this kid, im a DITC fan but this sends a horrible message to young mc's

this isnt about respect or paying dues, Lord wants a check

Hey I'm just saying what he said. Not saying I don't or do believe him. This is kinda like Lupe with Pete Rock. They say they talked to the artist before hand.

This is a bytch move. These old nikkas get on my nerve with their bullshyt.

Every Artist had preform a song that they did over somebody else's beat before. shyt ain't new.

Personally, I am against Lord Finesse on thi because Hip-Hop and mixtapes go together and they are one of the main ways these new rappers get their buzz up. 50 Cent got his name out there using the mixtape game before he hooked up with Shady/Aftermath and became a star. I remember seeing him perform his version of LL's "Love You Better" live. Also, Finesse never cleared the original sample he used, so what happens there?
What Finesse has going for him is the fact Mac performed the song live. Like the case with The Eagles and Frank Ocean, that could be the game changer in swaying it his way.
