I think Russ is washed, but at least he still has an excellent arm.

Fields for all the athletic ability he has, just isn't an NFL calibre thrower of the football at this point in his career. And probably won't ever be.

I actually think Russ is going to kill it.

Like Tua mentioned the thing about the NFL is that QB's have so much more responsibility pre-snap, calling the coverages, etc. and I think if that's the case here, this is where Russ may look like his old self again and won't have to scramble as much as Fields does. Then of course people will credit the offensive line.
