I’ve really fallen “in love” with my PS5 these last few months
PS4 was the only one I felt I could’ve somewhat skipped especially in hindsight with damn near all the games being playable on PS5…aside from spider-man I didn’t really play my PS4 that much until TLOU2 then ghost dropped

Not at all. PS3 is low key their worst system.
This shyt is hitting me now. I still have mine but I really don't feel like digging it out just because I want to play HSG: World Invitational on the big screen
The only good PS3 emulator is on PC but you need a beast to run it and good luck buying parts right now

I'll admit Sony fukked up in the beginning with the roll out of the PS3 price point by making one console $600 and the other $500. I was pissed and didn't cop a PS3 until 4 yrs later after I got tired of playing 360. The PS3 ($600) that was B/C for PS2 games ended up getting removed from the market down the line due to poor sales. Although Sony recovered, I think they learned at the time the price point has to be reasonable.
With that ^^^^ said, PS4 imo is the WOAT because Sony completely abandoned B/C for PS Now. They gave PS4 owners the ability to rent to stream games on the service for 30 days w/no option to purchase [not until the last 2 yrs of the PS4 life cycle]. Then they started to do remasters but they went fukk overboard with it. It took them forever to install folders for the system. To top it off, Sony drops an "upgraded" slim version of the PS4 with no new added features (HDR maybe?).
When I copped the PS5 I was happy to give my PS4 to GS with no problems....

No way, PS4 was heat for the last 5 years straight
PS3 was ass for nearly an entire gen, as far as exclusives Naughty Dog damn near made up most of the classics on that console, outside of that you had MGS4, Heavy Rain, GOW?
360 killed them that gen, then Microsoft dropped their own worst console the gen after
