PS4’s lifespan felt short and much less consequential than PS3/PS2, even though it was the roughly the same amount of time before each next gen released.

I personally feel it was the worst time in video game history. :yeshrug:

Both systems were a glitchy mess. Especially, with the XBOX 360 Red Ring of Death. Along with a bunch of bare bones glitchy games to go with it.
Nah

That was the last time a generation jump felt graphically significant.

Not to mention that gen gave us:

-2 full fat GTAs+dlc
-2 full fat elder scrolls and fallout games per franchise
-New IPs like Dead Space, Mass Effect, Resistance, BioShock that gave us WHOLE TRILOGIES in a single gen
-Demon Souls/Dark Souls

Look at what's come since and tell me things are getting better :russ:

Only downside was that Japanese devs lost a step for a minute.

If you don't think things are getting worse you're either young or you're lying to yourself :scusthov:

Reppin
So Cal
--garbage controller
--majority of multiplat games ran better on 360, at times significantly better
--shyt UI
--incredibly slow download speeds
--sometimes you can't even navigate the system while you're downloading, and even processing the "download in background" option was slow as hell
--slow ass installation process after download
-Best controller that gen.
-Never had an issue with downloads. Should've used wired. :manny:
-can't navigate the system while downloading is bs.
