1. Juries are always comprised of 12 people, why did this have 6?

2. Was it a coincidence that all the jury members were female or was it made that way?

I can't speak to the second question because I didn't watch the process. As for the first question, 6 is the minimum required by federal law and states usually go with less than 12.
