The prosecution is falling way short of proving 2nd degree murder. Most of these last few responses are pure speculation and circumstantial evidence. Bottom line The defense pretty much proved trayvon was whooping his ass.
If they don't prove MURDER, game over, Zimmerman walks.
IMO manslaughter was the proper charge. 2nd degree murder is too ambitious, and unprovable.
