Every scene is a chore to get thru.
I feel like they skimmed the anime for plot/character points then relied on mediocre hollywood tropes.
The name fearless makes me want to throw my phone at the wall. It shows a certain disdain for the original character.

I'll blame the writing more than the actors for the whole Syndicate storyline they should've just stuck closer to the anime. Show glimpses and keep them mysterious until it's go time against Spike

So I watched the 1st 9 episodes of the OG to see how the characters were introduced. I have no idea how they're gonna introduce Ed. And after what I've seen they've done to Vicious and Julia, I cringe at the very thought of Ed's live-action character.
There was really no reason to change any of the storyline of the OG. Just make a damn live-action version. Story is easy enough and translates well to live-action.

Of all the things, this show unnecessary changed, I'm not really bothered by "Fearless". I'm more bothered by Cho's Iron Fist S1 level martial arts. The whole EIN episode became a fukking mess for no reason.
Why the hell did Jet need a wife and kid? The OG story of his wife was much better.
So far Netflix is barely hanging on to this 7/10.

Spike, Vicious, and the Syndicate is like episode 3 of the OG. And handled better too.
I liked it being a code name. How else are you gonna randomly have a nikka named Vicious.
