I heard that new DJ Khaled joint again today and Wayne is just.....awful:snoop:

He's almost like a caricature. A joke. Its almost like he can get away with anything just because he's "Lil' Wayne".

Whatever he says, the masses are gonna :krs: , specifically the young masses who see themselves in Lil' Wayne.

Ya see, Lil' Wayne is a man-child. This is why he'll never be respected and seen in the same light as a Jay and Nas. He doesn't have a manly vibe/energy about him at all. Everything about Lil Wayne screams "little boy". At 30+ he's still acting like a little kid:

This shyt appealed to us when we were younger but now those of us that grew up with Wayne are now in our 30s and we see through the BS.

Personally, I was never really into Wayne, but even the most die-hard Wayne fans I know are pretty much :scust:when it comes to Wayne now that we're older.
Funny cuz I thought he was trash when he first came out and I was barely out my teens

I loved Carter 3 when I was a teenager. Most of it sounds so dated and corny now :picard:

are you trying to say that chance isn't trash? nana nananana nanananana nana ack!
Just saying you can't call Wayne trash on that song and not call the other guys that too. Their verses weren't anything special.

Yall remember a few message board arguments and act like it was popular opinion...nobody over 18 was saying that shyt:pachaha:

Tryna front on Wayne or T.I makes yall look more stupid then the Wayne stans:martin:

As sumbody who was a fan since Hot Boyz days...him being my favorite Hot Boy member,me knowing he would be the biggest out of the group:wow:..i definitley think Wayne fell off a bit before Carter 3,because i remember expcting C3 to be wack as shyt, but to be hyped up by his new phony fans anyway....i stopped listening after we seen him kissing Baby in the mouth though,i guess becoming wack was yalls tipping point:picard:?

I jumped ship just at the right time, and yall can gtfoh acting like Wayne didnt hVe bars...Hotboys era Wayne had bars, calling him trash just goes to show you didnt listen,or you have anti south bias..
This was during the height of Tips popularity. I remember having conversations with people about him being the best rapper out. Who said I was fronting. Lil Wayne and Tip can spit, but it's no way in hell they should be in contention for GOAT

I'm glad you brought this up, I feel the same about almost every rapper coming out today. They may be in their 20's but they don't seem like men at all to me; like I don't look at Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Travis Scott, Chris Brown, Rae Sremmurd, 21 Savage, Famous Dex ect. as men

Compare these guys to Tupac, Biggie, Nas at 22-24. Hell compare these guys to how Gucci, Young Jeezy, Boosie, TI were perceived in their 20's.

The pics of him kissing Baby in the mouth was 2006...i remember it clear as day when it was on 106 and Park

But Carter 3 came out in 2008 and you say you listened to it but then say u stopped listening after the kissing moment...hmm :mjpls:

Crazy though how Wayne has almost been wack for an ENTIRE DECADE. Its amazing the shyt dudes can get away in rap with. Its the same thing with Eminem. Been hot garbage since 2004. Both of them are amazing in the way they have been wack for so long. you almost gotta salute the consistency of being wack.

The Booth never fails. Now everybody is trying to say they were on board the Wayne hate train first. :mjlol:

"I thought he was trash back in 2011."

"Nah fam, I was telling nikkas on the block dude was garbage back in 2008."

"Son, dude been garbage since 1999, wobble dee wobble dee."

"nikka, I was in the hospital cleaning the toilets when Wayne was born and he came out the womb garbage and told his mother that."

"Me, Malcom and Martin had a discussion on how wack that nikka was in 1963. :ehh:"

I'll say this.

I fukked with Wayne around the time of C2.
fukked with C3 too.

I'm older now and I find myself going back to the music I was listening to during that era (50, Dipset, Jay, Nas, 3 6 Mafia, Jeezy, etc) but I've never found myself going back to listen to some old Wayne :patrice:

People that make music vs people who run from everything that scares them. I'll take the people who make music. He has too many props from too many people across different genres. You guys don't know what you're talking about. Wayne a legend. N his verse was fine for this type of song..what u want him to say? Want him to talk about some real social issues on a song called I'm The One about girls brehs.
