I'm a white belt. Been training for about a year and a half but mostly with some gaps on consistency due to life. Trying to get serious now tho and put the work in because I'm really athletic and explosive and know that I can get good if I get scientific and not just rely on instinct.
Ready to humble myself and show up 5 or 6 times a week to the gym.
I was going 2 times a day 5 days a week and totally fukked my knee up. Haven't trained in over a month and me knee is still fukking hurting
I was planning to have my first fight this year but fukk that, I'm just gonna let me flat top grow out
I'm definitely cautious about my knees
I played sports since I was 5 and the worst injuries I've had are a slight ankle fracture and a dislocated pinky. As I get older I'm trying to take precautions, but I know going hard is going hard and you can always hurt yourself. Did you suffer a particular injury or was the knees thing just wear and tear?
