im not too big on gi matches because i train mostly no gi. i find no gi more explosive and fun to watch. to each his own. u recommend any notable nogi matches?

We got the belts. The levels and tiers to this. Don't forget to think of a human being like a table when you are coming up with ways to sweep people.

This dude I train with was like ima be like you and train 5 days a week for years so I can beat you one day. You not training as much since you had the baby. I was like yes please motivate me

Sweep is all I want to do when Im on bottom, I spent a year doing nothing but that, pull them close get under the hips.
