i read on imdb description that Rick leads the group to DC this season , so. .

I'm not giving up on the show, and I don't think that it's on Dexter status simply because I've read past this point in the comics (which I should say, the comics were WELL beyond this point before the show even started filming).

I will say that there are some interesting things and ideas that they could play with that they're largely avoiding. I realize that from a writing perspective, they essentially blew everything up at the halfway finale, but it seems like they're delaying or stalling with the past 2 episodes.

Things are about to pick up though, I believe. There are a lot more installments in the comics, and they've paid attention to things that didn't get a lot of shine in the comics. or gone off on their own away from the story line in the comics.

I wish somehow that another production company would pick the show up, dump everyone but Daryl, and get new writers to have the audience almost have an over-the-shoulder view into his life out there on his own. Watching other people be a$$holes to each other and people get taken by zombies that he can't save.

I think that would be a more immersing experience in this environment and this world. Alas, they're going their way with it.

Can't a group of good writers or some team come along and salvage this? I think that the show should be darker in nature, and a bit more creepy. They don't play into just how perilous the world around them is enough.

one of these weeks, i wont be back.

the mischonne epi was kind of bordering but the fact shes one of the best characters made it passable.this recent episode makes me nervous about this season. Something seems off like there have been budget cuts, the momentum also seems to have come to a screeching halt..Things that would've popped off mid episode or in an instant (in s2,3) are taking forever now..You cant go back to the plodding pace of the earlier seasons this late in the game its just wrong
