i might say FUHH it and gets some wraps since 24 doesnt let you use chalk :aicmon:. anyting more than 4platesis a bytch on deadlifts

i was doing hi reps(8-10), but im gunna switch to 3-5 reps or a pyramid for the next 6 weeks. i need them power days back in my life. :bless:

i threw the cut in the bushes because of football. ive stayed the same weight tho

there's a guy that's built up and walks by my house every afternoon, I assumed after he leaves work, and he's always walking around with no shirt on

now I'm not one of those who really cares about that shyt I figure if you have the discipline to keep up a body like that and you want to you can to show it off

but anyway it usually it made sense since its been fukking hot but today was actually cool and he still walked by with no shirt on and even I had the :stopitslime: look on my face

anyway that was my contribution to this thread

still lifting, gunna start the log back up cuz im taking creatine. i wanna track the progress to see if it works foe me and if i get some more stength gains :ohlawd:

hopefully my bench goes up to 35o, squat 500, deadlift 500...if i dont snap some shyt up again :ufdup:

technically, im on a cut so i dont really know what to expect

i havent maxed out since summer
