i think i might have tendonitis in my right knee. squats, stretching, and leg press are when its at its worse i should get it checked out, but im hard heade

still liftin

hit 275 x5 and 315 x2 on bench. standing shoulder press is starting to get a lil easier. db stiff leg deadlifts are my shyt now. squats are still shaky cuz of my knee


i definitely need to do more cardio and/or keep better track of my cals, but i really hate counting cals.

same shyt

coulda hit 315 x 3 on bench and 455 x 2 on deads, but short changed myself. squats dont hurt my knee as much any more. ive been focusing more on my hammies since i pulled them all the time last year.

havent lost weight, but i can see more definition in my arms, shoulders, and legs. i really need to run more and track my cals before football season starts

i might have a 30in vert but i have to re test

there's a guy that's built up and walks by my house every afternoon, I assumed after he leaves work, and he's always walking around with no shirt on

now I'm not one of those who really cares about that shyt I figure if you have the discipline to keep up a body like that and you want to you can to show it off

but anyway it usually it made sense since its been fukking hot but today was actually cool and he still walked by with no shirt on and even I had the :stopitslime: look on my face

anyway that was my contribution to this thread

I havent seen the guy in a months, probably died of hypothermia

also my pizza addiction got the best of me the other day and in a hurry I went to Little Ceasar's, their no wait plus $5 pizzas seemed like the right plan

and for just $5 that pizza is not that bad, its not great but its cool

fell the fucc of the wagon

had tendonitis in both of my achilles and the doc said no lifting for 2months. ended up gaining 20lbs of fat. grad school has also messed with my routine. cant make excuses tho.
im gunna start back logging in to keep track of my weight
