still pushin. startin to see veins in my shoulders ad lower quad when i work out :leon:

im startin to see some abs, but i cant lose the love handles or chest fat :damn:

maxed out this week.
bench: 345 failed
squat: 485 x 2(deep knee bends) failed
deads: 495 failed.

curled 65s and 70s with good form just bullshyttin one day :leon:

although i failed at everything, im satisfied cuz i almost had em all. plus i tried to max on deads right after i did squats so i was tapped. i should get it in 3months

ive gained a couple of pounds, but people i havent seen in a min say that i look bigger. so i know it isnt fat
