Relax brehs. We got our pick:win:

We gonna be adding a lot of talent to the roster next year.

I got draft position ptsd I feel we’re somehow gonna win enough bullsh1t games at the end of the year to get like the 7th pick in a draft that falls off a cliff after the first few picks

you nikkas sit around and have an obsession with scoring guards.
players that alienate the entire offense and only passes it to the roller in the pick and roll...and then wonder why the offense is stagnant and slow as fukk and predictable particularly when we start games. I'm looking at trey burke. when his offense isnt going...which it hasnt outside of one quarter in the 5 games we played so far.
from watching frank, he's hesitant cause his improvisational skills are lacking.....he deciphers what he's going to do and runs the offense based on a play before the possession truly begins...which is pretty cerebral..he's very smart....while that may not be good sometimes.....it's good for the morale of the team....other people get the ball...ball movement occurs.....which can energize a team on the other end.
trey will come down....call a pick and roll with kanter....and if he doesnt shoot and passes it to kanter....them two will be the only ones touching the ball on that possession :mjlol: extremely predictable.....OR, OR...they do the same exact shyt with timmy....except he'll take a contested 3....or pass it away as a last resort cause he cant get his shot off :mjlol:
frank picks and chooses his offense because he's over thinking and looking for ideal circumstances to getting a "good, open" look. it's why he doesnt go to the line...
when things break down and arent the ideal...superstars use improvisational skills to get to the line...or react to what the defense is giving them. frank doesnt have that yet. Just hoping he realizes he has a 6'7 frame and can use that to his benefit...particularly cause his handle is improving...and his finishing at the rim in the few times I've seen him...has improved....finishing with his off hand and all. he's definitely in a process.
I'm convinced its a bunch of box score watchers that get their nut off on basic statistics and are not processing whats actually happening with their eyeballs.

His awareness to get Mitchell looks at the end of the game while everyone else on the court ignored him told me everything i needed to know.

false. curry comes up and lets other people initiate the offense literally all game. is he not elite? he just knows when to be aggressive
steve kerr said he could call a curry, kd pnr all game and get a good shot every time...but what is it for the rest of the team. you leave people not engaged on offense...they suffer on defense.
the elite point guards call pick and roll and know how to hit the roll man, score, or make the skip pass that may lead to a hockey assist.....basically what cp3 does, what kyle lowry does, john wall, to a lesser extent kyrie.
you're applying elite point guard logic to a roster without an elite point guard regardless.
trey out here dribbling with his head down and shyt
i'd rather someone initiate a functioning offense than someone dominating the ball thats not elite to begin with.

Trey Burke running under the rim with the ball, only to come back out and just go back in is the most frustrating shyt ever.

Not to get into it, cause honestly why stress it.

Frank is a SG, the problem is he was drafted after the team had a starter on the roster (Lee), right before signing another SG (Timmy) and drafted alongside yet another SG in Dotson.

Imagine Lee besides Westbrook or Oladipo or Lowry? That's winning basketball. Because Frank would fit great as a part of certain back court Duo's.

Here is the problem, he got drafted by one regime and the next regime one a month later paid Timmy To be the SG. Frank should have been groomed for SG and Lee should have seen heavy minutes as the Vet but here we are.

The FO knows this, but in a very Dolan'esque manner is avoiding admitting their fukkup and are calling frank a SF. Like think about that for a second he went from PG to SF but skipped SG? Why? Because then Mills has to admit he signed Timmy when roster wise he shouldn't have.

With all that said nothing can be fixed until next season. There isn't enough talent to force Timmy on the bench and Frank offensively doesn't have a back court partner anyway. Though the coaching staff is starting to make that transition by askin Frank to play off the ball.

This is probably the biggest thing with Frank, Regime change and ego. Let’s be real, as well as the front office is doing theyve got an ego and don’t seem to want to be real about certain things. Mudiay probably gone, Hezonja just don’t seem to have the mindset to put it together consistently, Tim’s contract is horrible for many reasons. I’ll wait till the end of the season before final judgements but if they don’t know what to do with Frank just trade him like they did Willy. Someone else mentioned it earlier but they probably wanna keep Frank strictly off the attention he was garnering on the market. I still think he’s best at the 1.

trey was somebody elses lottery pick and you're coddling. pedigree dont mean much 6 years in. most players dont jump after the 3rd or 4th year.
all these adjectives you used to describe him hasnt translated to a good offense when he's on the court
pick and roll maestro, elite handle, low turnovers, a leader. these things you saying make it sound like he's prime chris paul not the starting point guard of a floundering offense when he's on the court
everytime frank and kp were on the court last year the splits were astronomical. :dwillhuh: they played well together as well.
kp covered up the flaws of a lot of players on defense and was a safety net for trey on offense in their severely limited time together
Trey is a reclamation project for us. My bad for having high expectations for our lottery pick :shaq2:

I already said this hasn't been a strong start to the season. Also, his struggles require a lot more context and I am confident his shot will start falling again. All those attributes I stated is what he displayed last season.

I like that Ntlikina has worked on his body and tightened up his handle and shot form. I don't like what I've seen offensively outside of spurts from his so far through preseason, summer league, and the start of this season. I still see the same bad habits and hesitance. His youth can only be an excuse but for so long.

Nash would always do that. I don't see the problem he's probing the defense and is able to catch defenses lacking with interior passes or sneak in for lay ups doing that.

Yeah his defense is good and I'm willing to be patient if I see signs, but an 8th overall pick PG from 2017 has to do better than 5 points a game. I don't need 17 shots, but at a minimum keep the defense honest.
I think we can all agree on that. Just saying we shouldn't jump into hysterics because he's not there right now. And we shouldn't be setting a ten point per game bar for this season. We should just hope he comes close

When is Knox coming back?
:mjcry:

Not for nothing I didnt want to Draft Knox I wanted Miles Bridges but I never doubted his ability and he also proved himself in the preseason.

As far as when he is coming back I heard 2 weeks then I heard someone say longer then that. X Ray's or whatever were negative.
