you nikkas sit around and have an obsession with scoring guards.
players that alienate the entire offense and only passes it to the roller in the pick and roll...and then wonder why the offense is stagnant and slow as fukk and predictable particularly when we start games. I'm looking at trey burke. when his offense isnt going...which it hasnt outside of one quarter in the 5 games we played so far.
from watching frank, he's hesitant cause his improvisational skills are lacking.....he deciphers what he's going to do and runs the offense based on a play before the possession truly begins...which is pretty cerebral..he's very smart....while that may not be good sometimes.....it's good for the morale of the team....other people get the ball...ball movement occurs.....which can energize a team on the other end.
trey will come down....call a pick and roll with kanter....and if he doesnt shoot and passes it to kanter....them two will be the only ones touching the ball on that possession
extremely predictable.....OR, OR...they do the same exact shyt with timmy....except he'll take a contested 3....or pass it away as a last resort cause he cant get his shot off
frank picks and chooses his offense because he's over thinking and looking for ideal circumstances to getting a "good, open" look. it's why he doesnt go to the line...
when things break down and arent the ideal...superstars use improvisational skills to get to the line...or react to what the defense is giving them. frank doesnt have that yet. Just hoping he realizes he has a 6'7 frame and can use that to his benefit...particularly cause his handle is improving...and his finishing at the rim in the few times I've seen him...has improved....finishing with his off hand and all. he's definitely in a process.
I'm convinced its a bunch of box score watchers that get their nut off on basic statistics and are not processing whats actually happening with their eyeballs.
