I'm not gonna be all negative on Frank until his rookie contract is up.

Not for nothing I didnt want to Draft Knox I wanted Miles Bridges but I never doubted his ability and he also proved himself in the preseason.


As far as when he is coming back I heard 2 weeks then I heard someone say longer then that. X Ray's or whatever were negative.

Miles looks like he's gonna be a fire role player in the future, and he looked pretty good on defense in the preseason, but Knox will probably be the better player in the future off of the strength of him having way more potential as a shot creator.

After seeing Frank, Knox and Mitch, I'm not gonna put too much high expectation on anyone. Rather than say it, I just hope Knox and Mitch becomes stars and not a bust.

My expectations for Frank this season

8 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 44/37/75 splits, 2 steals+All-NBA level defense

I'm not asking for a lot

This is a realistic expectation/desire

I’m cool with people critiquing Frank because I’m not THAT high on him either but some cats are expecting like 20/8/8 out the gates

I also would like him to at least average 10 points per game with 4 assists... otherwise it’ll be hard to defend him

Nash would always do that. I don't see the problem he's probing the defense and is able to catch defenses lacking with interior passes or sneak in for lay ups doing that.

Nash did that and would then create for someone or himself. He didn’t just dribble the ball for 20 seconds of the shot clock.

Man, I dunno. I've been trying to study his defensive game and he's just ok. Offense is non-existent cause he just passes off the ball all nonchalantly and passes on open shots that Kanter, Vonleh or Knox should follow through with. I prefer a team full of aggressive chuckers over a team full of scary players. I'm trying bruh, I'm trying to squeeze potential out of this and be excited for him.

Y'all talking about waiting until his rookie contract is over. We're supposed to wait 4 years for our number 8 overall pick to be a good player. In his rookie year Shumpert impressed me more than Ntlikina ever has. Right now he just doesn't display the mentality on offense and he doesn't have elite burst which is one of his biggest crutches.
