Trade targets if the Knicks strike out in free agency

Good list of trade options where we can bring back first rounders to take on unwanted contracts. Some of these are good, some terrible (though the article says so pretty clearly) and some unlikely to happen but at the proposed prices I'd take him (the multi-first rounder players). With KD's injury, things got a lot trickier and staying the course looks a lot more reasonable.

If you sign kyrie and Tobias. You run into the same issue the celtics were having with kyrie.

Clearly Kyrie is not a leader or a number 1 option. I only wanted Kyrie if KD was coming with him. Without KD, I would rather have Dlo or Kemba.

This is such a tough call to make. Even 85% of KD is a great player.

What I think is going to happen is he's going to opt into the last year of his GS deal, rehab and revisit FA in 2020.

Funny how KD's injury is being inferred as a loss for the Knicks when not even a week ago lame ass nikkas were penciling in the Nets getting him over us. Every big move in my mind was centered around KD. I wouldn't want injury prone AD or mental case Kyrie on this squad alone. Get D'Lo, get assets and develop our youth
