You have to be invited in order to join. I'm the de-facto mod of the group. I say that because the group was handed over to me as soon as it was created. There's really no point in joining because no one participates. This is the second group I have either created or ran.... and it always ends the same. People aren't serious about learning or they join just to troll. If you want, I'll send both of you an invite so that you can see the few gems that were posted. Hit me up via PM and I'll respond, in Spanish, if you like.
When we get some serious learners in the group that are willing to participate, then I'll moderate and contribute content.

Update:
It's been a couple months since I've started learning Japanese. I've finished going through the 2042 Kanji in the Remembering the Kanji Book.
I'm still talking to the girl in my previous post pretty much daily and I should be going to Japan next month
If you're not interested in a language or it's culture then you won't really stick with it because I tried to learn Spanish a few years ago but I just did it on some "Okay it's time to do some spanish.. meh.." whereas with 日本語 it's pretty much the norm to be involved with something that's Japanese. I've been sticking with 日本語 daily and incorporate into my day as much as possible and it has paid in dividends.
I've learned the Hiragana and Katakana system and now I'm practicing reading sentences while still doing massive input. I can pretty much read Hiragana/Katakana words with ease.
It helps again if you're interested so that everything that I'm doing doesn't feel like I'm learning. I put my PC OS in 日本語, as well as my phone and most of the games I play. It seems extreme but it reinforces what you learn everyday and it becomes normal. I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near fluency but I'm much farther along today than I was a month or two ago.
I would join. And trust me I am SERIOUS about learning....
I know how you feel when it comes to people no being serious/ambitious about doing certain things.
@ me if it starts up again
Quick question tho: Cuàl es los diferentes entre "por" y "para"? No entiendo como lo se usan correctamente
After I finish this post, I'll send invites to both of you. I'll post as long as we have active users.
@Dip
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre de(preposición) para y por?
Creo que hay un hilo en el foro del grupo que te lo explica claramente. Publicaré un video que me ayudó aprender cuando se utilizan. ¡Dáme un momentito!
