The truth is this is weird year and we're not gonna know who the real MVP is until the last week of the season. I personally think if Josh Allen balls out his last two games and wins the division he should get it based on stats and team record.

But then again Lamar and Brady are the only ones that won it unanimously, so on the basis of that I trust that no ness will be going on.


But these people put this mvp=qb precedent in motion, now they are stuck with it. Although we obviously have a year where not a single QB has been particularly impressive. Purdy is mostly impressive cause he's mr irrelevant and solid enough to not tank the best team.

The Brady 2017 MVP numbers are comparable to the candidates this season, Wentz was gonna have the biggest numbers + best record but once he got hurt Brady was the default choice who met the criteria.

Same scenario Mahomes would've been in this year before things fell apart for KC in December.
