Photographer will be around $800, give or take...venue with food, staff, rentals....$50 per person approximately, and that's for nothing too fancy....dress, cake, giveaways, and open bar (cause cash bar is tacky!!) - so let's say $15 per person for alcohol (at minimum)....do the math!

Personally, I don't drink...but yah, you should offer a bar for your guests...if not an open bar, then a responsible bar (where 2 drinks are complimentary for example, and if they want more, they pay for it)...I would just do open bar though...
