Most likely they were either in a relationship or engaged in their 20's and eventually got married in their 30's. Which it is better to build up a relationship, take your time and have some years under your belt rather than rushing to find a mate, marriage and wanting to have kids when your much, much older.

I really don't care to debate on topics like this because not every man and woman is the same. Some men and women do it right, some men and women do it wrong. Someone's wrong is someone else's right and vice versa.

Just know,
Time is something you can never get back.

It's good to know you are standing by what you believe in, never change that for anyone.

Again, their were chosen after their prime when they could have been tossed in the bushes for a newer model (like you guys suggest happens). Again many of these women are also mid to late 30s and early 40, you are lying to your self if you think all of these women were engaged by 27 and just decided to way anyway between 5 and 15 years to actually have the ceremony.

I'll tend to believe abc, articles and shows than some independent analysis

What you don't know, is that ABC also uses academic studies (just like the one I cited). They look up other people's research then create a segment about it.

These are professor and academics. If you don't believe them, fine, but it is a credible study. It also cited very often right here on the coli. This is the exact same study that shows that the major of black men are married to black women and that the majority of black men who make over 100,000 are also married to black women.

You are so lame. Again, what do you do for a living?

Do women like me make you feel like a failure at life? Do men like my man make you want to kill yourself?

It's better to first be in a relationship or engaged for some years to build up a proper foundation than to rush in a marriage that holds no weight for the mere fact to only feel validated around your peers.

Especially rushing into marriage after your 30's, which is coming harder and harder by the decade.

Just agree to disagree.

Most of the couples you posted are 29-33. And many of the older women most likely been married before

NONE of the women are 29 and if you look throughout the entire thread (not just the first page) many of the women are mid 30s with a handful of 40.

You have no basis to say whether they were married before so just stop.

I'm just asking how that works for the mid 30 and older ladies. You get engaged in your 20s and married in your mid 30s or early 40s. You know that's not how it works, but yes we can disagree.

Kenya if a man that was 5'7 said that women are more likely to choose him over a 6'3 guy.
What would you say?

Jesus fukkin' Christ :laff:

That other 'women in their prime' thread musta cut you deep as hell :laff:

Exactamundo!! What we're looking at are professionally taken, airbrushed, photoshopped CGI enhanced of black women past their prime lucky enough to have gotten hitched. No amount of imagery can hide the fact they should've married younger. At this stage fertility is an issue more often than not.
Otherwise good to see there's still black love.

I would say if you say so…
Depending on how he looks it could be true.

No she was the friend of that girl.
She got killed in Season Three by the cop Bunk.
She got shot in the street, when her, Omar
and her friend hit one of the Barksdale stashhouses

If they didn't want to marry younger, why should they have? They're married now!

I don't get it. How do women deciding/wanting to marry later affect you personally?
