I would be turned off because chances are, he didn't get to know a large amount of those women so he just sleeps with anyone which is disgusting.
I would actually prefer the guy with that only slept with 3-5 women, to me that shows he's more selective with who he sleeps with, which is attractive because not everyone can have him. Who wants someone that anyone can have? scust.
