Kyrie watches a movie about Hebrew Israelites and posts it on twitter and gets attacked by outside communities. Instead of black people defending his right to watch a damn movie y’all get lost in arguing about Hebrew Israelites and black history.

The point is we have the right as Americans to learn about whatever we want to learn about

if you confused there's plenty of posts in here explaining why it's escapism.

It's a fact that people were not being kidnapped and shipped from Egypt or Israel when the colonists came and conducted the human trade. It was mostly in West Africa regardless of wether their descendants had lived in Egypt hundreds of years before that. The issue is denying that. It doesn't mean Black people did not move around, they moved around constantly and none of that would change them being African. You feel it's somehow a limitation and your post doesn't make much sense.

Umm isn’t your theory that man started in Africa? So how come the white man isn’t called African too since he was originally out of Africa according to your theory? If black people were here first then wouldn’t they be the first ones on other lands besides Africa?

So yes it is limiting to revert every black person to Africa when black people were the first in EVERY LAND not just Africa. And they should be referenced as such.

I agree with the WS bit. But that focus that you're alluding to is something that was supposed to have been intrinsically installed in us via a strong culture that is inherited or passed down from our forefathers. That connection's been destroyed.
