Pre release and post release are not the same.
It's a goofy analogy.
Or you could look at it like.. "XB almost beat PS back in the 360 generation with a massive Handicap."It's a goofy analogy.
"I almost beat jordan in a basketball game last night, I'm going to pivot to pickle ball cause his ankle is better now."
or we can look at it as "Xbox 360 was cooking because they had better games"Or you could look at it like.. "XB almost beat PS back in the 360 generation with a massive Handicap."
What does that have to do with Starfield, Indie, or redfall? So Doom and Ninja Gaiden are post release?
What does that have to do with Starfield, Indie, or redfall?
Microsoft literally cancelled ps5 versions of starfield, redfall and Indiana jones
They had better games and Exclusives because they came out a year early, games were easy to develop for, and Japan was developing games on the Xbox and porting them to PS3.or we can look at it as "Xbox 360 was cooking because they had better games"
Do you not understand that's how good the system was doing? They had better games and Exclusives because they came out a year early, games were easy to develop for, and Japan was developing games on the Xbox and porting them to PS3.
Like I said they were setup for success with the 360 and still didn't win, and as far as consoles sold ALOT of people double dipped if not triple dipped with the 360 because of the RROD.
Do you not understand that's how good the system was doing?
I bought 2 360s because the games were dope. People were willing to buy another system or send their shyt in to get fixed.
You know who else succeeded because the competition handicapped itself.
The PS4.
You sit here acting as if gamepass was the plan all along. As if the 360 was just a ploy to create gamepass.
No, they created gamepass cause they fukked up with the xbox one. They had to pivot. Just like they're doing now with Xbox Everywhere
To say this was some plan they've had in the works for 20 years is cope at it's finest.
None of those games were scheduled to launched on PS as the same time it did on Xbox that the public was aware of so they didn't have confirmed dates or release windows. Shifting resources on the platforms that do makes perfect sense. They are now splitting development amongst multiple platforms at launch, what changed between those 3 games and these new games coming out?

Redfall and starfield both were games that were on a time table, Indie also to a certain extent...
Buying a company and cancelling the release of a game (which doesn't always mean all work) on other platforms while focusing on your own doesn't seem that wild to me.
