I am tired of having conversations about self hating black men and women. At this point, I don't care. Hopefully they pass that hatred to their kids and wash out their black lineage . That mentality is extremely self destructive. I personally don't get it. I like Dark, Brown and Light Skin. Attractive is attractive. I personally one dude(Nigerian) that's like that. He started off with that bullshyt, once he realized that I wasn't with that non sense, he stopped. Some comments of his "I don't want my kids to be dark"...nicca you dark!, tf? "I would sell my soul for a mix girl" . "Nigerian girls are bougie blah blah". Yet all the Nigerian women I have met are very nice and educated. When we go out of course, he gets shut down all the time.

I personally dont get the hype with beckys, they age so damn fast and as they get older, their skin just wrinkly and terrible. Kodak Black is an embarrassment to Haitians. I think he is probably the best young rapper but dude is retarded.

It's he same thing with women...many dark skinned women get convinced they're ugly for whatever reasons (teasing, family, less attention, their own perceptions etc.) and then start expressing symptoms of self hate

But we don't have empathy for those chicks. We talk about how they were racist and colorstruck themselves or how they overlooked people that would have gotten with them. The list goes on.

But it's bigger than that anyway b/c it isn't just ugly blk male celebrities doing this. The big picture is it is trendy to hate on ur own race to attract whites.

Also think about the connections. When we hear young blk women complaining about colorism, there is a entire thread about how it's all in these girls heads and they are just complaining b/c they are ugly.

Now connect that to the sheer amount of young blk boys who consume Kodak's music. It's not just about somebody being teased getting back. Making blackness in a woman a bad thing is the "new" wave. It's 2017 paperbag test.
Whites using the insecure in our community to create realities. That's the scary part about all of this.
