Rolex would be last man. I’d get a Tag Heur, Skagen (Of Denmark) Citizen (killer for price) Movado and believe it or not Invicta. You don’t have to spend a fortune to look the part is what I’m saying. You can get a Folex (Fake Rolex) and most of the Rolex wearers won’t know the difference. I love Tags though man. I own a few and gave my brother one and a really expensive Movado. Thing is, the Movado costs more than the Tag! He cried like a bytch lol I’ll never own a Rolex. Just not me

i knew a lot of young rich white prep school boys who went in to work in the city who swear by tag heur.

dont know much about movado i heard rappers shout that name out before though, so i will google lol.

Self confessed member of rollie gang. I've got a sub, the steel and black joint. Didn't buy it brand new bought it from a watch dealer so saved a few k from retail

I've had it for about 3y and bought it before I even had my own place but I've ALWAYS wanted a nice watch. It's one of those things that's always meant something to me. A man (if he can) should always rock a nice timepiece

May trade it for an iwc soon (if you know, you know)

Haha. Like reggie said shyt didn't hurt

People do look at you differently when you have a nice watch. Not that that's the reason I copped, just a general observation. And especially a rollie because they're the most iconic watches in history in terms of the brand. Your average chick on the street will know what a rollie looks like, an iwc, patek, an ap, an omega etc., probably not

One thing that bugs me though is when someone asks me "is it real?"

problems to hope for :russ:

to me a rolex is like a wife. when a man has a wife it is the most illustrious title next to being a father one can have.

it reminds me of alec baldwins speach in the departed, i need a rolex to step up my prosperity like all men should need wives.

they see a fine standing watch, they know your time is good. :salute:

Is anyone here in the watch business? I wonder if it's an interesting market to get into.
