Crappy "teachers" are the norm now. They just hand you packets and do not teach you anything and it is up to you to self-teach yourself everything. Some "teachers" even check their Facebook pages while you are doing work. If you ask for help, they will not help you with anything. Asking questions annoys them because you are disrupting their internet browsing time. Such great "teaching" there. Stuff like this gives more credence to home schooling. If you are a parent and you are watching this, honestly ask yourself, "Am I even more lazy, disinterested and uninvolved than this lady?" It is virtually impossible for anybody to be worse than these "teachers."
