It's not a problem for ol' Richard Branson, is it mate?

You have to consider who has the power in the workplace, unfair policies does exist, and no one is denying that, but as Black men we have to do what is best for us and not hinder ourselves in the corporate world...Until we become our own boss, we just gotta play by these unfair rules unfortunately.

You dont need to be in management to make alot of money.

Just get in the STEM world, look like shyt everyday and make an easy 6 figures :wow:

I make more than many people in management. Not trying to brag just saying its more dependent on what you do.

But if your end goal is management, he is right to a certain extent.

I agree with him..

Who wants someone who don’t fit the vision of your company?

If more people owned their own shyt, and put rules in place for their shyt, people would understand..
:dwillhuh: A lot of great paying jobs don’t think black people fit their vision for the company. so should we allow them to discriminate against folks for their skin color:jbhmm:

He's talking about the traditional corporate world and the highest levels, he's right, any way why would it be an issue? I thought Coli brehs were bosses who worked for themselves

I don't follow KS so maybe you can explain.

Did he apoligize? Or did he simply just stop? Either way do you think its because of a genuine change of heart or because it's more profitable for him not to attack Black men?

Also whats the shelf life of anti-Black or anti-Black male statements? There was a thread the other day about Stacy Dash not being a c00n anymore do you think she should be forgiven too?

Edit: Also the thread is about the sentiment not about him personally but I'm still curious about what I asked tho.

He's never attacked black men, I guess to these soft dudes being asked to improve is an outrageous attack
