Facts.. The problem is men are afraid to break the wall and adapted this "go with the flow, I'm too cool to be bothered" approach and don't wanna look like aggressors. We adapted the stoic persona out of fear of being judged as being "beta or too emotional and weak" and the results is all of this fukkery we have going now.

Plus alot of men in power positions with big voices done bowed down and scared to say anything because they gotta pander to these bytches for the bag.

We gotta combat alot of these images and disrespect.. I don't agree with everything Kevin Samuels, Tariq Nasheed, Jason Black, Boyce Watkins, Locario, AMS, Sophisticated Arrogance and others say but we need dudes like that in the front to speak up.
Facts.

Idk about most of them dudes but what separates KS from most of them is that he is focused on black men, AMS doesn’t really care about race at all and caters to everyone, Tariq talks about black issues, but KS has to always defend black men and make people respect them.

Even if people wanna say he wanna get rich, he fake, blah blah, the message of what he’s saying is important and he is the top dog of this shyt now.

Even on his last episode he was saying that black men need to demand more for their salary instead of taking what’s on the table.

If anyone is against that, I don’t know what to say.

Sargent Willipete gotta be turning in his grave.I think he was actually sharper than Kevin, but he could never really keep his emotions in check.

Kevin don't have the same intellectual/analytical prowess, but he's more adept at staying calm, and composed.

Yep. My company had a summit last week and this pretty attractive BW who just entered into one of those pity “diversity & inclusion” roles. Had the strongest smug face.

We had to go over partnership details and her face never changed. I tried cracking a joke and she was attempting to smile, but it was almost as if it hurt her to smile. I’m like.. “it’s okay to lighten up”

:gucci:

But that’s probably why the company hired her, to use her anger or her “hurt” as a gatekeeper for the company and ward off people.

We’ve all been there. You start working in a corporate environment, you see BW giggling with their white peers, and then they see a BM and act like he doesn’t exist. There’s really no need for this. Instead of us clicking up, and putting each other on within the company, we gotta go about it alone as usual.
