Yes. So basically you’re a white company’s token “get out of jail” card.

From what I understand, if a company ever gets into some “racial trouble” or foresees a racial incident, the D&I person clears it up so the company saves face. You also advocate on how the company is doing so well to create CHANGE, yet the management at the top is all cacs.



Theres no real growth from this position, only upside is the C-suite level salary. If they’re even getting that.

You know what? I dated an Asian Girl who applied to be a diversity and inclusion rep at this company. She was already at the company but she wanted to be the diversity rep.

She stayed complaining how all the white higher ups never even gave a damn or really paid attention to her presentations and research. She actually took the job seriously but the white higher ups didn’t care. Lol. You may have a point.

We’ve all been there. You start working in a corporate environment, you see BW giggling with their white peers, and then they see a BM and act like he doesn’t exist. There’s really no need for this. Instead of us clicking up, and putting each other on within the company, we gotta go about it alone as usual.

Let me add this also, I ran into so many black corporate dudes who act just like that. Corny azz kissing toms. I had black dudes who didnt wanna be seen speaking to me because I dressed more professional current and was nicely bearded up. Funny part, white guys really dont respect those types. I get more respect for just being the best professional version of myself and not trying to act like them.

Women trying to move like men an men trying to move like children is the problem.

Women don't even want to be young anymore they want to be like men, and men don't want to be men, they want to stay children even more so than ever.


The thing is men don't really have a safety net in strangers, women, while it's harder to get the top, it's also harder to drown. You almost have to give up completely, or just be dealt a really crappy hand.
