You would think BW would be more understanding, but they appear to be completely oblivious to what obstacles a BM faces in the workplace.

They're not oblivious. They just don't care. Women in general are loyal to resources and not race.

They know. A lot of them are in HR and see how hard it is for Black men to get hired at the corporations they serve as protectors for. They also work in the compensation teams, so they see the pay disparities that have Black men at the bottom if they make it into the corporations.

Here’s the sad thing about this. What companies are really giving BM the opportunity to even make that type of money? I understand there are exceptions, but it’s far from norm. You would think BW would be more understanding, but they appear to be completely oblivious to what obstacles a BM faces in the workplace.

Even if you’re a business owner, there is no guarantee you’ll make that kind of money.

It just goes back to women being unable to understand a BM’s point of view and what they go through.

Well companies rather put BW in these positions because 1. They aren’t a threat and 2. You hired a black person / a woman. Now they feel they are “diverse” and the company that is “keeping up with the times” and overcoming racism & it’s also the same reason why these companies like MasterCard / Tech donate to BW more.

:mjlol:

So when this happens, BW are looking at BM like ... “I’m getting to the bag, why aren’t you?”

“You all need to catch up”

“y’all all broken”

“Companies are donating to us and our black business! Why just aren’t trying”

Sad thing is that these chicks really don’t think there’s an added hurdle for black men and really believe we’re just not applying ourselves

Yep. My company had a summit last week and this pretty attractive BW who just entered into one of those pity “diversity & inclusion” roles. Had the strongest smug face.

We had to go over partnership details and her face never changed. I tried cracking a joke and she was attempting to smile, but it was almost as if it hurt her to smile. I’m like.. “it’s okay to lighten up”

:gucci:

But that’s probably why the company hired her, to use her anger or her “hurt” as a gatekeeper for the company and ward off people.

This. They care about the end product at the end of the day, not how it’s made, they’re consumers.

Yes this is the whole generation. Just like Jail ball.

“Doesn’t matter how you get it. No rules”

Scam, sell work, steroids, fake it on social media, surgery, whatever. As long as the “end product” looks good. Cause no one is really interested in the building phase.

Most women I know around my age 28, want “that bag” or “fast money” they know its fallacy Bc most black men won’t reach it legally, so then they look at the guys doing it illegally

Facts

the end result that has happened since the 80s, they end up moving to a different part of the city or a new city and this whole new perspective on life and start looking for a family man like grant hill who making money legally and is responsible and start posting shyt on social media saying THE PAST IS THE PAST TIME TO FOCUS ON THE NOW

It has to be stated how terrible Donovan came across in that Fresh and Fit podcast. Way too dominating.
Can you explain the way too dominating part?

Admittedly, I'm looking at it out of context because I just saw that portion that Samuels posted but I thought those guys looked bad. Seems like they were lowkey simpin those chicks.

I don’t believe what most of these women say they want. I pretty much have never seen them end up with “their type” ...across the board
